The Website is owned and operated by Zakonn Tech Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 of India with the CIN U62099AP2024PTC114823 (hereinafter referred to as "Zakonn").

User must be 18 years or older to use our application. We grant user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the application for user personal or business use. When user create an account, user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their password. Agreement To Be Bound
By using Zakonn website or ordering products and services, user acknowledge that user have read and agree to be bound by this agreement and all terms and conditions on this website.

General Clause:

Force Majeure: Zakonn will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, or boycott.
Cessation of Operation: Zakonn may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to user, cease operation of the Website and distribution of the Products and Services.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement comprises the entire agreement between user and Zakonn and supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein.

No Waiver

The failure of Zakonn at any time to require performance by the user of any provision of these Terms of Use shall in no way affect the right of Zakonn to enforce the such provision, nor shall the waiver of any breach by the user of any provision herein constitute a waiver of any succeeding breach or the provision itself.

By entering into this agreement, user hereby irrevocably waive any right user may have to join claim with those of others in the form of a class action or similar procedural device. Any claims arising out of or relating to or in connection with this agreement must be asserted individually.

Statute of Limitation

User agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or Products and Services or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose else be forever barred

Governing Law/Jurisdiction:

These Terms of Use will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of India without regard to its choice of law or conflicts of law principles that would require application of law of a different jurisdiction. User agree to irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Andra Pradesh, India. User agree not to bring any of action relating to the use of the Website or the interpretation of these Terms of Use in any court in any jurisdiction other than the courts located in Andra Pradesh, India. Zakonn shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce these Terms of Use. In any dispute between you and Zakonn where Zakonn prevails, Zakonn shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney fees, court costs, disbursements, and other legal expenses.

Domestic Use:
Zakonn makes no representation that the Website or Products and Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India. Users who access the Website from outside India do so at their own risk and initiative and must bear all responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws.

Termination:
Zakonn reserve the right to terminate user access to the application at any time and for any reason, and without notice with no liability to user. Upon termination, user must immediately cease all use of the application and any content obtained through the application

Cancellation And Refund:

Cancellation of order is not allowed once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by Zakonn.

Guarantee:
Unless otherwise expressed, Zakonn expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness of content /Products and Services for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Assignment:
User may not assign user rights and obligations under this Agreement to anyone. Zakonn may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement in its sole discretion and without advance notice to user.
